Which file types does Agave support?

We typically see invoices come in as images or pdfs (.pdf, .png, etc.) but we can handle anything that looks like an invoice. On invoices coming in from email, we specifically filter out certain file types to avoid passing company logos, email signatures, and other irrelevant information from cluttering your AP inbox.

For invoices coming in as zip files, Agave can unzip and read them automatically without any work from you.

Can Agave handle invoices sent as a link to my AP email?

Yes, Agave will display a link to the invoice that you can open, download the invoice, and then upload to your AP Automation inbox. For more information see our detailed documentation here.
